An introductory meeting was held for Pure London, the UK's largest ready-to-wear fashion fair, which is closely followed by İHKİB and attended nationally. Everything about the fair was shared with the guests by İHKİB, OTİAD and fair officials.

 Pure London, the UK's largest ready-to-wear fashion fair, will be held on July 22-24, 2018.  A promotional meeting was held on May 23rd in cooperation with İHKİB and OTİAD for the fair closely followed by Osmanbey companies. Many sector representatives attended the meeting organized at Istanbul Fashion Academy.

Özkan Karaca, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of İHKİB, Nazım Kanpolat, Chairman of the EU, USA Fairs Committee of İHKİB, Sabri Sami Yılmaz, Chairman of the Russia-CIS Fairs Committee of İHKİB, welcomed the guests and then Rıdvan Kandağ, Chairman of the Board of Directors of OTİAD, made a presentation on the export figures in the European market and the parity between EU and UK ready-to-wear clothing. Julie Drisscol, General Manager of Pure London, especially explained Ascential PLC's fair activities with a presentation. In the meeting, in addition to the fair information, opinions were expressed by the authorities on what should be done before, during and after the fair in order to be successful, as well as how to effectively enter the UK fashion market.

The fair shapes the fashion industry
All components of the textile, leather and ready-to-wear industry, from ready-to-wear clothing to leather, accessories and footwear, meet visitors at the fair. This huge mixed fair, organized twice a year, will take place on July 22-24, 2018. Pure London, which offers many alternatives in the fair where many companies from Osmanbey also participate, also hosts trends that shape the fashion industry.
