Sector Representatives Support the Fair
In his speech, OTİAD President İlker Karataş condemned the July 15 coup and emphasized the need to work harder despite everything: "Although the agenda of the country and the world is full of different issues, we need to look at our work and power. We need to work and struggle for our country, to leave a good country for future generations. With such an understanding, without losing our motivation; we have already been in a great struggle for the last three years. We have come this far without falling into pessimism, this latest situation will not discourage us; I believe that we will overcome it. As we have done in the past..."
President Karataş reminded that the organizations of ITO do not need to say much and said, "It is a fair that we should participate in. There is an organization and a team that we can trust. Based on the experiences we have had, I am saying that the Iranian market is a market that we cannot ignore. When we look at the Iranian market in particular, twice as much exports were made in the first five months of this year compared to the same period last year. I think this is an important factor that shows us the value of the market."
