Osmanbey Textile Businessmen Association (OTİAD) continues its training seminars for its members. On May 16th, in the seminar "Latest Regulations in Labor and Social Security, Employer Supports Training", Ersin Umdu, Labor and Social Security Consultant, gave information about the basic regulations regarding our social security system, changes made, renewed concepts and definitions and differentiated practices, employment incentives, and prominent issues in labor legislation, based on the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510 within the scope of the Social Security Reform. Mr. Umdu provided information on the regulations that entered into force with the law and secondary legislation, and shared ideas and experiences with the participants on the reflections of the changes and innovations introduced so far and their possible effects in the future. The seminar, which was attended by managers and company owners responsible for accounting, human resources and social security practices of OTİAD member companies, lasted for two hours, and Ersin Umdu answered the questions of the participants at the end of the seminar.

 The participants stated that the seminar was useful as the Social Security Reform brought many innovations on the working principles and practices of the social security institution as well as the rights and obligations of employers and employees.

 At the end of the seminar, OTİAD Board Member İbrahim Erdem presented a Kütahya cup set and thanked Ersin Umdu for his presentation.
