Osmanbey Textile Businessmen Association (OTİAD) Board of Directors visited Şişli Mayor Hayri İnönü.

OTİAD President Ali Ulvi Orhan and members of the Board of Directors visited Hayri İnönü, who became the Mayor of Şişli in the March 30th Local Administrations Elections. Orhan, the President of the Association, wished İnönü success in his duties and expressed that they believe that they will accomplish good works. Stating that Osmanbey has a say in the development of the region and increasing its brand value, Orhan wished that the close relationship established with Mustafa Sarıgül would continue in the same way. President Orhan gave information about the "Osmanbey Weekend" event to be held on June 14-15, 2014 within the scope of Istanbul ShoppingFest and asked for support from the municipality for the following issues: "Closing Osmanbey streets to traffic on these dates, decorating Osmanbey streets and Rumeli Street, and making advertisement works in the areas deemed necessary."

President İnönü expressed his satisfaction with the visit and said, "You should have no doubt that we will always be in close cooperation with OTİAD as we have been until today. I will instruct the relevant units to do what is necessary for the event and I will ask for the necessary things to be done."
The visit lasted for about an hour, during which issues such as the problem of paper collectors, which has not been solved for years, the victimization of shopkeepers caused by the recent increase in Syrian child beggars, and the repair of damaged Osmanbey Streets were also mentioned.
In addition to President Ali Ulvi Orhan, Vice Presidents İlker Karataş, Hikmet Ünal, Cüneyt Mutkan, Kutbettin Ayyıldız and Board Members Demet TanciğerTatarhan, Esin Arıcan, Murat Gültekin, Süleyman Artık, Nevzat Gümüş and Secretary General Sami Kurt took part in the OTİAD delegation.
