Yaklaşık 10 yıldır yürürlükte olan özellikle bayan hazır giyim imalatının ara mallarından olan 54.07…GTİP’li sentetik kumaşların Uzakdoğu ülkelerinden (ÇHC, Tayvan, G.Kore, Malezya, Tayland) ithalatında %70’e varan antidamping vergisi uygulaması aksine bir müdahale olmaz ise 01.08.2013 tarihinde sona erecektir.

OTİAD, the organized voice of Osmanbey businesses trying to carry out their production and marketing activities under very unfavorable conditions, especially within the framework of globalizing world economic conditions and ruthless competition conditions, is making an extraordinary effort to remove these antidumping duties and all other safeguard measures.

In this context, by preparing a joint text, all businesses in Osmanbey have forwarded these texts to the Ministry of Economy and İTKİB, and the original copies will be collected from the companies and sent to the relevant authorities as of 01.05.2013 as OTİAD.

In addition, OTİAD fully supports the activities carried out by İHKİB within this framework. In this context, OTİAD participated in the meeting organized by IHKIB with the participation of all related associations with a wide representation as President Ali Ulvi Orhan, Vice Presidents Kutbettin Ayyıldız and İlker Karataş and Secretary General Sami Kurt.

At the meeting; opinions were exchanged on trade policy measures affecting our sectors, and it was decided to establish a working committee with the participation of all relevant institutions and organizations in order to act together in future studies.
