Giving a sermon at the Sürmegöz Masjid, which was inaugurated with the Friday prayer, Istanbul Mufti Prof. Dr. Rahmi Yaran said, "May all the rewards of the believers who pray for Allah in this masjid be written in the deed book of our benefactor brother without diminishing theirs. It is really nice to do these beautiful services, to be instrumental in them... It is nice that people can be servants only to Allah, that they can prostrate and bow before Allah, and that they are instrumental in these things. May God grant them to be used in good days. May it be auspicious and blessed," he said.
Following the Friday prayer, which attracted great interest from Osmanbey residents, lokma was distributed to the citizens.
