Organize perakende pazar\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 10\u2019a yak\u0131n geni\u015fleyerek 31,5 milyar TL b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ula\u015ft\u0131. Haz\u0131r giyim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 ihracat hedefini ise y\u00fczde 7 art\u0131\u015f ile 18,5 milyar dolar olarak belirledik. \u0130\u00e7 pazarda toplam haz\u0131r giyim harcamalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 6-8 b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek 53-54 milyar TL\u2019ye, organize perakende pazar\u0131n\u0131n ise y\u00fczde 8-10 b\u00fcy\u00fcme ile 34-35 milyar TL b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011fe ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu hedeflere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak sanayi \u00fcretimi de y\u00fczde 5-6 aras\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcyecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nde ya\u015fanacak ekonomik toparlanma, T\u00fcrk haz\u0131r giyim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc son derece olumlu etkileyecek. Bu ihracat \u00e7\u0131tam\u0131z\u0131 1 milyar dolar y\u00fckseltecek. Avrupa Birli\u011fi perakende harcamalar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda da 2007 sonunda 100 olan endeksin Eyl\u00fcl sonu itibariyle 107,63\u2019e y\u00fckseldi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu bizim i\u00e7in iyi bir i\u015faret. Avrupa toplam haz\u0131r giyim al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 7,5\u2019ini T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den yap\u0131yor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla krizleri atlatan Avrupa ile daha gidecek daha \u00e7ok uzun yolumuz var demektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu arada yeri gelmi\u015fken pahal\u0131 mal satmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da vurgulamal\u0131y\u0131m. Almanya erkek ti\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fc d\u00fcnya genelinden 4,76 Euroya, bizden ise 9,79 Euro\u2019ya sat\u0131n al\u0131yor. Fransa\u2019n\u0131n d\u00fcnya ortalamas\u0131 4,33 Euro iken biz 9,38 Euro ortalama ile sat\u0131yoruz. Denimde ise Almanya\u2019n\u0131n d\u00fcnyadan 9,21 Euro\u2019ya ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biz 16, 87 Euro\u2019ya veriyoruz. Fransa\u2019n\u0131n 7,54\u2019e ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bluejeani 13,60 Euroya ihra\u00e7 ediyoruz. D\u00fcnya ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n iki kat\u0131na sat\u0131p ihracatta \u00f6nemli bir ba\u015far\u0131ya imza at\u0131yoruz. \u00d6te yandan 2013\u2019te 2,7 milyar dolara \u00e7\u0131kan ithalat\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131l 3 milyar dolara yakalayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koruma \u00f6nlemlerinin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 2014\u2019e damgas\u0131n\u0131 vuracak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cem Negrin, 2 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n bir s\u00fcredir devam eden iplik ve kuma\u015ftaki koruma \u00f6nlemlerinin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, sekt\u00f6r ad\u0131na 2014 y\u0131l\u0131na damgas\u0131n\u0131 vuracak en \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmelerden biri olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini ifade etti. B\u00f6ylece \u00fcreticilerin maliyetlerinde \u00f6nemli bir iyile\u015fme ya\u015fayarak rekabet g\u00fc\u00e7lerini ve \u00fcr\u00fcn kalitelerini art\u0131rabileceklerini i\u015faret eden Negrin, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: \u201cAyn\u0131 \u015fekilde haz\u0131r giyim \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine uygulanan koruma \u00f6nlemlerinin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 veya azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 T\u00fcrk markalar\u0131n\u0131n rekabet g\u00fc\u00e7lerini art\u0131racak, b\u00fcy\u00fcmelerini h\u0131zland\u0131racak. Bug\u00fcn art\u0131k T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcretimi olmayan astarl\u0131k, ince flo\u015f kuma\u015flar i\u00e7in 2002\u2019de \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan antidamping uygulamas\u0131 hala devam ediyor. \u0130malat\u0131n\u0131 yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in yerli \u00fcreticiden alamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu kuma\u015flar\u0131 ithal ederken antidamping kapsam\u0131nda daha fazla para \u00f6demek zorunda kal\u0131yoruz. Bu da bizim uluslararas\u0131 rakiplerimizle rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc son derece olumsuz etkiliyor. Yerli kuma\u015f \u00fcreticilerimizi liberal ekonomide yer olmayan antidamping uygulamalar\u0131yla koruma gayretlerini bir yana b\u0131rakmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Fabrikalar\u0131m\u0131z daha fazla AR-GE, daha geni\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcn yelpazesi ve daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck miktarlarda sipari\u015f kabul ederek hizmet vermeleri durumunda kendilerinin ve haz\u0131r giyim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7acaklard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6te yandan yeni te\u015fvik d\u00fczenlemeleri sonras\u0131 450-500 milyon TL seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen y\u0131ll\u0131k fiili yat\u0131r\u0131m tutar\u0131n\u0131n 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda da ayn\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckte seyredece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alpergun: Sosyopolitik risklere dikkat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coface T\u00fcrkiye Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Belk\u0131s Alpergun ise konu\u015fmas\u0131nda yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131lan yerli yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n, yat\u0131r\u0131m karar\u0131 verirken pek \u00e7ok ba\u015fl\u0131kla birlikte ekonomik risk yaratabilecek sosyopolitik g\u00f6stergeleri de dikkate almalar\u0131n\u0131n yararl\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayarak \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cE\u015fitsizlik ve yolsuzluklar\u0131n y\u00fcksek, ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 oldu\u011fu \u00fclkelerde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik daha k\u0131r\u0131lgan olur.
