Osmanbey\u2019in tekstil sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00f6nemli bir cazibe merkezi oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatan Karata\u015f, planlama yap\u0131l\u0131rken Osmanbey, Laleli, Merter, Bayrampa\u015fa ve Zeytinburnu gibi merkezlerin daha iyi ko\u015fullarda faaliyetlerini y\u00fcr\u00fctebilecekleri olanaklar\u0131n planlanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine de\u011findi.
