Toraman taraf\u0131ndan bir seminer verildi. \u0130\u015fletme sahiplerinin, i\u015flerini ilk kurulduklar\u0131 zamanlardaki heyecan, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve yenilik\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 zamanla yitirdiklerini belirten Toraman; y\u00f6neticilerin kariyerlerinde zirveyi hedefleme perspektiflerini koruyamad\u0131klar\u0131 olgusundan hareketle geli\u015ftirdikleri KOB\u0130 ve Y\u00f6netici Ko\u00e7lu\u011fu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, i\u015fletme sahiplerine ve y\u00f6neticilere t\u0131pk\u0131 bir sporcu antren\u00f6r\u00fc gibi destek, ilham ve motivasyon verme mant\u0131\u011f\u0131na dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade etti.
