The award ceremony of the 25th Koza Young Fashion Designers Competition was held last night at Volkswagen Arena. For 25 years, Koza Young Fashion Designers Competition has created added value by bringing young designers to the Turkish fashion industry and contributed significantly to the sustainability of this strong industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Organized for the 25th time by Istanbul Ready-to-Wear and Apparel Exporters' Association (IHKIB) with the support of the Ministry of Economy, the competition introduced young talents to the strong Turkish fashion world this year. The jury consisting of the leading names of the sector determined the 3 winners after the fashion show where the 10 young designers who made it to the finals presented pieces from their collections on the night hosted by Selma Erge\u00e7. Mehmet Emiro\u011flu came first with his collection titled 'Nihavend'; Ba\u015fak Ko\u00e7 came second with her collection titled 'Cymatics'; and Nazl\u0131can Karahan came third with her collection titled 'Borders\/Borders'.\n\n The Biggest Award for Young Fashion Designers: Education\n\n The first prize of the competition will be awarded with a cash prize of 20,000 TL and the right to study abroad for 1 year with the support of the Ministry of Economy, the second prize will be awarded 15,000 TL, the third prize will be awarded 10,000 TL, and the winners will be offered 1 year of English language education. All finalists will be offered a 1-year membership to the Fashion Designers Association, free participation in the Fashion Design and Management Graduate Diploma Program at IMA, and the opportunity to visit an international fashion fair related to the sector.\n\n Great Interest in the Magnificent Night\n\n Many names from the fashion, business and society world attended the magnificent night hosted by Hikmet Tanr\u0131verdi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of \u0130HK\u0130B.
