\u015ei\u015fli District Governor \u0130dris Akb\u0131y\u0131k conveyed his thanks to President \u0130lker Karata\u015f and accompanying Vice Presidents Tamer Pala, Nevzat Ataman; Board Members A. R\u0131dvan Kanda\u011f, \u0130brahim Hakk\u0131 Erdem and Secretary General Sami Kurt for their kind visit and expressed his satisfaction for being appointed as \u015ei\u015fli District Governor. OT\u0130AD President \u0130lker Karata\u015f conveyed his wishes of good luck to Akb\u0131y\u0131k and stated that he believes that he will produce productive works for \u015ei\u015fli and hopes that good services will be achieved with team spirit and that OT\u0130AD is ready for all kinds of cooperation in this framework. Erciyes University Institute of Social Sciences Department of Economics in Turkey<\/code>He completed his master's degree with a thesis on Foreign Direct Investment and Employment in Turkey. He is currently continuing his PhD program at Sakarya University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Political Science and Public Administration.
After one year of special training at the Police Academy in 1991-92, he served as an Assistant Commissioner in Bursa Police Department for two years. In 1994, he joined the profession of Civil Administration.
He worked 6 months as Sinop District Governor Candidate and 5 months as Ye\u015filyurt District Governor. Ankarain the UK for 8 months after a 4-month English course.<\/code>in Elaz\u0131\u011f for the purpose of study-research and training. 1.5 months in ElazigHe did his inspection internship in the accompaniment of M\u00fclkiye Inspector. He served as Deputy District Governor in Afyon-\u0130hsaniye and Denizli- G\u00fcney districts for 8 months. 4 months in Ankara<\/code>and after the District Governor course at the Ministry of Interior,
