On November 29, "Effective People Management" training was held for OTİAD members. The training, which took place in OTİAD Konfernas hall, was given by Trainer & Consultant Tamer Demirdelen, who made a name for himself with his trainings in the fields of Leadership, Relationship Management, Conflict Management, Communication Skills within the Istanbul Fashion Academy (IMA).

  In the training, Demirdelen shared important details such as human management in internal and external communication, evaluation of communication between parties and interpersonal communication in terms of individual and environmental factors, rational thinking, working as a team, talent and time management within the team, solving leadership problems with creative techniques. On the one hand, this study aimed to reveal and correct the perception problems experienced, on the other hand, it enabled the participants to have fun by participating in the training.

  The second part of the training will take place on December 4, also at OTİAD and participants will receive a certificate at the end of the training.
