The opening ceremony of the TEB BNP Paribas Istanbul Cup, which will take place between July 13 and 20, was held at Akkoza Central Park on July 13 at 21:00. Kutbettin Ayyıldız, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of OTİAD (Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association of Turkey), who has achieved degrees in golf and has a very strong racket in tennis, also attended the opening ceremony.

      At the opening ceremony of the tournament hosted by Koza World of Sports Facilities, famous presenter Oylum Talu took the stage with a racket in her hand. One of the most important guests of the tournament was Monica Seles, one of the legendary names of the tennis world.

      The draw for the tournament was made by Osman Tural, President of the Turkish Tennis Federation, Uğur Erdener, President of the Turkish National Olympic Committee, national basketball player Hidayet Türkoğlu, artist Behzat Gerçeker and Oylum Talu.

      The opening ceremony ended with a fashion show by Odrella, one of the leading textile companies in Osmanbey.
