OTİAD President İlker Karataş and the accompanying delegation paid an auspicious visit to İdris Akbıyık, who was appointed as Şişli District Governor.

Şişli District Governor İdris Akbıyık conveyed his thanks to President İlker Karataş and accompanying Vice Presidents Tamer Pala, Nevzat Ataman; Board Members A. Rıdvan Kandağ, İbrahim Hakkı Erdem and Secretary General Sami Kurt for their kind visit and expressed his satisfaction for being appointed as Şişli District Governor. OTİAD President İlker Karataş conveyed his wishes of good luck to Akbıyık and stated that he believes that he will produce productive works for Şişli and hopes that good services will be achieved with team spirit and that OTİAD is ready for all kinds of cooperation in this framework. President Karataş gave a wide information about OTİAD and Osmanbey and invited District Governor İdris Akbıyık to the opening of Fashionist Fair on January 17th. About Sisli District Governor Idris AKBIYIK

In 1971, MalatyaHe was born in Çavuşlu village of Doğanşehir district of Doğanşehir. He completed primary school in Çavuşlu Village Primary School, secondary school and high school education in Polat Town with a very good degree. In 1986, he entered A.U. Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration and graduated with a good degree in 1990. Erciyes University Institute of Social Sciences Department of Economics in TurkeyHe completed his master's degree with a thesis on Foreign Direct Investment and Employment in Turkey. He is currently continuing his PhD program at Sakarya University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Political Science and Public Administration.
After one year of special training at the Police Academy in 1991-92, he served as an Assistant Commissioner in Bursa Police Department for two years. In 1994, he joined the profession of Civil Administration.
He worked 6 months as Sinop District Governor Candidate and 5 months as Yeşilyurt District Governor. Ankarain the UK for 8 months after a 4-month English course.in Elazığ for the purpose of study-research and training. 1.5 months in ElazigHe did his inspection internship in the accompaniment of Mülkiye Inspector. He served as Deputy District Governor in Afyon-İhsaniye and Denizli- Güney districts for 8 months. 4 months in Ankaraand after the District Governor course at the Ministry of Interior,
He was appointed as the District Governor of İkizdere District in Rize province.

İdris Akbıyık, who is in his 25th year in the Civil Service and 23rd year in the Civil Administration, is a 1st Class Civil Administrator.
