Merter Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (MESİAD) held its annual iftar dinner at Miniatürk on July 9th. In addition to Osmanbey Textile Businessmen Association (OTİAD) Chairman İlker Karataş and OTİAD members, Istanbul Textile and Raw Materials Exporters' Association (ITHIB) Chairman İsmail Gülle, Güngören District Governor Zafer Orhan and many names from the textile sector attended the iftar organization hosted by MESİAD Board of Directors.

      MESİAD Chairman Yusuf GECÜ made the opening speech of the iftar dinner where hymns were sung. Gecü started his speech by thanking Merter businessmen for their work and continued as follows; "One of the goals is to bring buyer company officials from abroad to Merter, to exhibit their products in this organization and to bring the seller and the buyer face to face. Morocco, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan are among the target countries."
