ActionCOACH, the creator of the SME coaching approach, came together with OTİAD Board of Directors with a seminar on Thursday, April 11th.

ActionCOACH is recognized as the creator and the most successful practitioner of the business and executive coaching methodology that offers company owners and managers the opportunity to look at their companies from a different perspective. Founded in 1993 and operating in 49 countries today, Action Coach came together with OTİAD Board of Directors. A seminar was given by ActionCoach official Özge Ç. Toraman. Stating that business owners lose the excitement, creativity and innovative approaches they had when they first established their businesses, Toraman stated that the SME and Executive Coaching approach, which they developed based on the fact that managers cannot maintain their perspective of aiming for the top in their careers, is based on the logic of giving support, inspiration and motivation to business owners and managers just like an athlete coach.
